BxLogistics Prioritizes Data Security

Data security is a broad concept that encompasses protection against data loss due to accidents and technical failures, protection against intrusion/hacking, and safeguarding data to maintain necessary privacy, including GDPR compliance.

General Information About Privacy (GDPR)

BxLogistics processes and stores generally limited personal data. The solutions provided by BxLogistics could theoretically be used to process personal data when information is sent between different systems that store the information. Our products do not automatically collect personal data and are primarily designed to handle product information and customer/order information.

Customer information may include names of contact persons and references. This information is not stored by BxLogistics, but the solution may indirectly have access to the information in the customer's ERP systems, and the solution can be configured to send the information to a label printer or another system if the customer actively wishes to perform such an action.

Data Storage

BxLogistics generally does not store data in its own products. Standard products use and store data in the customer's respective ERP system. The solution can cache information during operation, but this data is stored on the customer's devices. The solution can also be configured to store data in the customer's database if the customer wishes.

BxLogistics uses Microsoft Azure for hosting services. All data is stored in EU/EEA data centers, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements for data storage location.

International Data Transfers
